אהרן יריב (רבינוביץ') (20 בדצמבר 1920 – 7 במאי 1994) היה אלוף בצה"ל, ראש אמ"ן ושר בממשלת ישראל. יריב נולד במוסקבה במשפחתו של חיים רבינוביץ, רופא יליד לטביה. כעבור שנה עזבה משפחתו את רוסיה לברלין. בשנת 1924 הם עברו ללטביה (שהייתה אז מדינה עצמאית). בשנת 1935 עלה אהרן יריב עם כל משפחה לארץ ישראל. בארץ למד בבית הספר התיכון החקלאי פרדס חנה. הוא היה חבר קיבוץ גבע בשנים 1940 עד 1941.

haron ("Aharale") Rabinovich (later Yariv) was born in Moscow in the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. He immigrated to Mandatory Palestine at the age of 15 and studied at the Pardes Hanna Agricultural High School. He began his military service in the Haganah in 1938,and later the British Army.
