ביוזמת הבמאי והמתעד בוריס מפציר, האיגוד לקח על עצמו לתעד ויזואלית את הקמתה מחדש של קהילת יהודי לטביה אחרי השואה. התיעוד מתמקד בנושא המשפחה – חתונות שלאחר המלחמה ולידת הילדים.

Initiated by the documentarist and film director, Boris Maftsir, the Association took it upon itself to visually document the revival of the Jewish community in Latvia after the Holocaust. The Community was reborn from the ashes as first marriages and Jewish children that were born on Latvian soil after the war
