• The book "The Reconciliation of Labor with Capital" (O8-11f): This book, published in Berlin in 1923, constitutes a theoretical and practical study of workers' participation in factory profits (Co-partnership). The author, Prof. Totomiantz, surveys the development of the method in Russia, Britain, France, and Italy, and proposes it as an alternative to violent revolutions (O8-11f).
