פרסום זה, "אַלמאַנאַך קאַלענדאַר" (Almanac Calendar, אלמנך־לוח שנה), לשנים 1939–1940 (5700), הופק עבור הקהילה היהודית ברזקנה (Rēzekne) שבלטביה, כפי שמצוין בכיתוב המוקדש לתושבי העיר היהודים.
