בדאוגבפילס (Daugavpils) פעל בית ספר יהודי למלאכה (Daugavpils Žīdu ARODU SKOLA / דווינסקער אידישע האנטווערקער-שול), אשר שכן ברחוב Varšavas מס' 21 (O28-1f). המוסד הובל על ידי הנהלת בית הספר והמועצה הפדגוגית (O28-1f).

במהלך חודש דצמבר 1930 צוין בלטביה "שבוע אורט" ("ORT" Woche in Lettland) (O28-2f). במסגרת אירועים אלו, נערכה הרצאה סגורה במועדון היהודי (Jüdischen Klub) ששכן ברחוב Schulenstr. 6 (O28-2f). ההרצאה התקיימה ביום חמישי, 18 בדצמבר 1930, בשעה 20:30 בדיוק (O28-2f).

On April 19, 1927, at 11:00 a.m., the school building hosted the opening of a students’ work exhibition (IZSTĀDES / Oyshtelung) (O28-1f). Invitations to the event were distributed in Latvian and Yiddish. The Yiddish invitation includes a handwritten note addressed to the Teachers’ Committee “Hamore” (O28-1f). A handwritten signature appears on the invitation, seemingly reading “Blum” (O28-1f). The institution was headed by an engineer (the printed title appears as .inž / Inzhiner), though his name is not explicitly mentioned in the printed text (O28-1f).
